1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hgnice platform and all its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — refers to the hgnice website and its associated mobile applications.
• "User" or "Member" — a person who holds a registered account on hgnice.

• "Balance" — the total amount of funds in a member's account.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These Terms are intended for users residing in Bangladesh. If the platform is accessed from outside Bangladesh, it is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with local laws. hgnice does not provide services in violation of applicable laws in any region.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on hgnice, users must provide accurate and complete information. Registration with false information may result in account cancellation. Each individual may hold only one account — if a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide an active mobile number and email address.
• The bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account must be registered in the member's own name.
• A government-issued ID may be required for account verification.

2.2 Password Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials completely confidential. Sharing passwords with third parties is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, hgnice support must be notified immediately.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The hgnice platform strictly provides services to users aged 21 and above. hgnice reserves the right to verify the age declared at registration. If required, a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence may need to be submitted.

Withdrawal facilities may be suspended until age verification is complete. Funds deposited during the verification process remain secure, and withdrawals resume once verification is successfully completed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used for transactions on hgnice. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements are met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

hgnice may request additional verification if a suspicious transaction is identified. In such cases, the user may be required to submit proof of the transaction (screenshot or receipt). All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

A welcome bonus offer applies to new members on hgnice. A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.1 Bonus Usage Terms

• After receiving a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gameplay.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Restrictions on placing bonus bets on certain games may apply.

5.2 Bonus Cancellation Terms

If a user violates bonus terms or engages in fraudulent activity, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled. Attempting to claim the same bonus offer more than once will result in account suspension.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The hgnice VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Cashback is a set percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

6.1 VIP Tiers and Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

For example, if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. This is the maximum applicable amount at the Gold tier.

6.2 Tier Promotion

Members are gradually promoted to higher VIP tiers based on regular activity and betting history. Tier promotion and associated benefits are granted at hgnice's discretion.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

hgnice believes that gaming is for enjoyment, not a guaranteed way to earn money. The platform encourages users to play in an informed and controlled manner. Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or request a break through the support team.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Depositing or withdrawing funds using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform to obtain funds improperly.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

hgnice reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account if they violate these Terms or are involved in suspicious activity. The member will be given an opportunity to investigate the reason for suspension.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Registration with a false identity or age.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Deliberate violation of bonus terms.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they can notify the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus funds are not refundable in the case of voluntary closure.

9 Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content on the hgnice platform — logos, designs, software, text, and games — is protected under intellectual property law. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, selling, or using any content commercially is prohibited.

Users may not reverse-engineer any part of the platform or access it without authorisation. Such activities may be subject to legal action.
